Paying. Cash, bank transfer, or Visa and Mastercard, on collection. For jobs over D20,000 we ask for half up front, which pays for the parts rather than us.
Your own parts. We will fit parts you supply. The two year warranty then covers our labour only and not the part, which we put in writing on the invoice so there is no argument about it later.
